Refund & Replacement

You can request a refund or replacement for eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Personal care products are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product to ensure it is in good condition.
In case of replacement, the product will be exchanged without any delay.
All refunds will be transferred using the payment method you used to place the order or via Cash on Delivery refund if applicable.
